Low, erect shrub to 1 m high. Blue-green, 1-4 cm long. Tiny flowers, in panicles. Distinctive, inflated, tan-coloured. Summer.
Natural Distribution:
Common to northern arid areas in SA. In all mainland Australian States and Territories.
Notes:
Recorded as threatened in Southern Lofty region. Five subspecies identified in SA.
