Description:
Erect herb with stems to 30 cm long. 5-10 cm long, divided into 13-19 rounded leaflets. Purple, pea-shape flower with a central dot. Winter to mid spring. Pod, 1.5-3 cm long.
Natural Distribution:
Common to sandy coasts in most agricultural districts of SA. Also occurs in NSW, Vic and Tas.
Notes:
Conservation status recorded as threatened in the Murray region and rare in the Eyre Peninsula and Southern Lofty region.
