Description:
Low shrub to 1 m high. Broad, stiff, distinct mid vein, green above, paler below, 2-8 cm long. Purple to pink, abundant, 5-petalled flowers. Winter to early summer. Summer.
Natural Distribution:
Common to coastal dunes, cliffs, adjacent mallee and woodland areas in most agricultural districts of SA. Also occurs in WA and Tas.
Notes:
Recorded as rare in Southern Lofty region. Uncommon in South-East region.
