Description:
Small shrub, 0.5-2 m high. Egg-shaped, rough on top, hairy below, 1-3 cm long by 0.5-4 cm wide. Red, green or yellow tips, tubular, hanging. Autumn to spring.
Natural Distribution:
Common to coastal, woodland and mallee areas in all agricultural districts of SA. Also occurs in Qld, NSW, Vic and Tas.
Notes:
Three varieties identified.
