Description:
Slender shrub, 1-2 m high. Fine, narrow, blue-green leaves in spirals to 1.5 cm long. White to pink, 5-petalled, showy. The flowers drop, leaving reddish, cupped, papery discs with five, long bristles which persist for some time. Late winter to spring. Papery, tan-coloured capsules. Summer.
