Description:
Perennial herb with erect stem to 50 cm high. Narrow, light green, to 3 cm long. Cream to pale yellow, 5-petalled flowers in dense cylindrical spikes. Mid winter to early summer.
Natural Distribution:
Common to ungrazed woodlands and grasslands in all agricultural districts of SA. Also occurs in Qld, NSW, Vic and Tas.
Notes:
Recorded as endangered in the Kangaroo Island region.
