Description:
Low perennial native grass with rigid stems to 30 cm high. Stiff, sharply pointed, arranged in opposite pairs along the stem. Spring to summer.
Natural Distribution:
Common to coastal, saline and floodplain areas in all agricultural districts of SA. Also occurs in NSW, Vic and Tas.
Notes:
Recorded as rare in the Kangaroo Island and Yorke Peninsula regions.
