Description:
Compact, rounded, shrub, 1-3 m high. Phyllodes greyish-green, slightly hairy (new growth) to glabrous (with age), 1-3 cm long by 0.5-1.5 cm wide, one central vein, tips rounded to a small point. Yellow, globular flower heads, solitary or on very short racemes in leaf axil. Late winter to spring (August to October). Dark brown, narrow pods, straight to slightly curved, 3-7 cm long by 5 mm wide, without obvious constrictions between enclosed seeds. Summer (December to January).
