Description:
Annual or perennial herbaceous plant, 0.1-1.5 m high. Hairy, deeply dissected or with 3-lobed leaflets, 2-8 cm long. Yellow, large, 5-petalled flowers. Mid winter to early summer.
Natural Distribution:
Common to temperate forests and woodlands in higher rainfall districts of SA. Also occurs in Qld, NSW, Vic and Tas.
Notes:
Recorded as threatened in Eyre Peninsula and rare in Murray region.
