Tiny plant to 3 cm high. Linear. Inconspicuous, tiny, white flowers borne in dense clusters among leaves at end of stems. Spring. Seeds are white and feathery.
Natural Distribution:
Found in grasslands, shrublands and woodlands, often in large numbers.
Notes:
Often more noticeable after seeds are formed than when flowering.
