Description:
Small plant with many stems to 25 cm high. Rough to touch. Long spikes of tiny, brown flowers. Spring and summer.
Natural Distribution:
Commonly found on rocky sites in woodlands and grasslands.
Notes:
There are also Raspworts in the Haloragis genus which are very similar to the Gonocarpus spp. in both growth habit and appearance.
