Description:
Groundcover to low spreading shrub, 0.3-1 m high. Sharply pointed, variable size and shape, 1-3 cm long by 1 mm wide. Red-pink flowers, abundant. Winter to spring.
Natural Distribution:
Common to sandy or loam soils of forests, woodlands and mallee in most agricultural districts of SA. Also in NSW and Vic.
Notes:
Two subspecies recorded in SA.
