Description:
Shrub or climber to 1 m high. Linear-lanceolate in shape, 2-6 cm long. Cream-white to purple, 5-petalled. Early summer. Dark brown berries. Late summer to autumn.
Natural Distribution:
Common to coastal, woodland and mallee areas in most agricultural districts of SA (not in the Northern Lofty region). Also occurs in western Vic.
Notes:
Two subspecies: ssp. cymosa and ssp. pseudocymosa.
